Gleichzeitig eröffnen Technologien wie Künstliche Intelligenz, Automatisierung und moderne Collaboration-Plattformen völlig neue Möglichkeiten, Prozesse effizienter, transparenter und wirkungsvoller zu gestalten.

Gemeinsam mit unseren Expert:innen aus AI & Processes verbindest Du Prozessmanagement, Organisationsentwicklung, Automatisierung und moderne Technologien zu pragmatischen Lösungen mit messbarem Mehrwert. Dabei begleitest Du Unternehmen von der Analyse über die Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung ihrer Transformationsvorhaben.

Deine Aufgaben

Prozessanalyse & Transformation

  • Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse, Organisationsstrukturen und Verantwortlichkeiten und identifizierst Potenziale zur Optimierung, Standardisierung und Automatisierung.
  • Du entwickelst Zielprozesse, Organisationsmodelle und Roadmaps für Transformationsvorhaben.
  • Du planst und moderierst Workshops mit Fachbereichen, Führungskräften und Management.

Digitalisierung & Automatisierung

  • Du identifizierst Potenziale für den Einsatz von Automatisierung und Künstlicher Intelligenz.
  • Du begleitest die Einführung neuer digitaler Lösungen und unterstützt die nachhaltige Verankerung neuer Arbeitsweisen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Technologie- und Fachexpert:innen zusammen.

Kundenberatung & Projektverantwortung

  • Du berätst Geschäftsführungen, Bereichsleitungen und Fachbereiche zu Prozess- und Transformationsthemen.
  • Du steuerst anspruchsvolle Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekte.
  • Du präsentierst Ergebnisse, Handlungsempfehlungen und Entscheidungsvorlagen auf Managementebene.

Weiterentwicklung der Practice

  • Du bringst Deine Erfahrungen in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Methoden, Best Practices und Beratungsangebote ein.
  • Du unterstützt Presales-Aktivitäten, Workshops und den Ausbau unseres Geschäftsfelds AI & Processes.

Dein Profil

Das bringst Du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement, Organisationsmanagement oder Transformationsumfeld.
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen.
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Workshops und Projekten.
  • Verständnis für Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und moderne Technologien.
  • Beratungs- und Kommunikationsstärke auf Fach- und Managementebene.

Idealerweise bringst Du zusätzlich mit

  • Erfahrungen mit Process Mining oder Prozessmodellierung.
  • Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld, insbesondere Microsoft 365, Power Platform oder Copilot.
  • Kenntnisse in Organisationsentwicklung und Change Management.
  • Erfahrung in Beratungs- oder IT-Dienstleistungsumgebungen.
  • Kenntnisse im Umfeld KI-gestützter Prozessoptimierung
