LMT veic dažādas sarežģītības sistēmu un risinājumu izstrādi, integrāciju un ieviešanu. Tavs uzdevums būs vadīt dažāda lieluma un sarežģītības projektus vai produktus Datorredzes un Mobilitātes biznesā, kura uzdevums ir attīstīt jaunus risinājumus eksporta un Latvijas klientu vajadzībām, izmantojot datorredzi, LiDAR un radaru tehnoloģijas.

Kāda būs Tava ikdiena

  • Cieši sadarbosies ar produktu un projektu komandām matricas struktūrā
  • Sadarbosies un pārraudzīsi iesaistīto pušu veikto darbu un kvalitāti (apakšuzņēmumiem, ārējiem partneriem un iekšējām nodaļām)
  • Izveidosi un uzturēsi projekta termiņu un norišu plānu, kā arī sekosi tā izpildei
  • Plānosi projekta darba uzdevumus un to prioritātes, izvērtēsi atkarības, kā arī autorizēsi darbu izpildi, lai nodrošinātu savlaicīgu projekta ieviešanu
  • Veiksi risku novērtējumu un darbības to mazināšanai, kā arī identificēsi un novērsīsi projekta šķēršļus, kas kavē kvalitatīvas piegādes nodrošināšanu
  • Risināsi jautājumus, kas saistīti ar projekta ieviešanu, tvērumu un piegādātā risinājuma kvalitāti
  • Sagatavosi un uzturēsi projekta vadības dokumentāciju, kā arī ziņosi par projekta progresu un izaicinājumiem ieinteresētām pusēm

Tev būtu jābūt

  • Augstākajai izglītībai informācijas tehnoloģiju jomā, inženierzinātnēs, biznesa vadībā vai līdzvērtīgā jomā
  • Vismaz 3 gadu pieredze IT vai tehnisko projektu vadībā
  • Starptautiski atzīts sertifikāts projektu vadībā kā PRINCE2, PMP vai IPMA
  • Zināšanām un pieredzei darbā ar Agile ietvariem (Scrum, Kanban vai tml.)
  • Labām komunikācijas un sadarbības prasmēm, spējai patstāvīgi pieņemt lēmumus
  • Prasmei organizēt savu un komandas darbu, noteikt prioritātes
  • Atbildībai par veicamā darba rezultātu un precizitāte darba izpildē
  • Spējai ātri pielāgoties mainīgai projektu videi, saglabājot atvērtību jaunām pieejām un risinājumiem
  • Teicamām angļu valodas zināšanām (mutiski un rakstiski), lai nodrošinātu efektīvu komunikāciju ar iekšējiem un ārējiem partneriem
