Luxembourg National Data Service (LNDS) is a brand of PNED G.I.E. an organisation created by the Luxembourg Government, to implement Luxembourg’s strategies in research, innovation, and digitalisation. LNDS enables value creation from secondary use of data, for public and private partners and supports the sharing and re-use of public sector data, in a trustable manner. The LNDS service portfolio includes know-how, capabilities, tools, infrastructure, and data services. Through efficient & responsible use of data and improving the secondary use of data, LNDS will support the acceleration of economic, ecological, and societal transitions.
What you will do
The primary purpose of this internship for this season is to help explore and assess AI tools and workflows that can improve documentation processes, knowledge access, and content efficiency. Secondary to this, the intern will support the maintenance and continuous documentation of an already established product or service, providing hands-on experience in day-to-day technical writing tasks and documentation upkeep.
This internship provides an opportunity to work on both core technical writing tasks and emerging AI documentation initiatives to help improve efficiency, quality, and content coverage.
Who you are
Technical skills:
- Strong written and communication skills in English
- Ability to write clear, concise, and well-structured technical content
- Familiarity with documentation tools such as Markdown, Git, and documentation platforms (a plus)
- Interest in software development processes and technical documentation workflows
- Interest in AI tools for documentation, including chatbots, search, drafting support, and knowledge retrieval
- Ability to assess the usefulness of AI-based documentation solutions in a practical work environment
- Frontend/UI knowledge is a plus but not required
