Als werkvoorbereider service zorg je ervoor dat onze monteurs elke klus in één keer goed uitvoeren. Je overziet de hele keten, van binnenkomende order tot nazorg bij de klant. Daardoor zie je elke dag terug wat jouw voorbereiding oplevert: monteurs die vlot doorwerken en klanten die snel weer verder zijn.

Wat je gaat doen Jij bent de schakel tussen binnendienst en buitendienst. Het grootste deel van je tijd besteed je aan orders, zodat alles klaarstaat voordat een monteur vertrekt.

🔹 Je bereidt binnenkomende service- en verkooporders voor, zodat elke klus goed start 🔹 Offertes volg je op en maak je compleet, zodat de planning direct verder kan 🔹 Jij koopt materialen en onderdelen in en bewaakt dat ze op tijd binnen zijn 🔹 Voor monteurs ben jij het aanspreekpunt over orders en de voorraad in hun bus 🔹 Knelpunten signaleer je vroeg, en je verbetert werkprocessen waar het slimmer kan

Over ons Loading Systems is een internationaal technisch maakbedrijf en serviceorganisatie in laad- en losoplossingen. We ontwikkelen, produceren, installeren en onderhouden industriële deuren, dock equipment en docking systems. Klanten in logistiek, industrie en distributie maken daarmee hun laadproces veiliger, sneller en efficiënter.

Onze kracht zit in eigen productie, veel vakkennis in huis en service van advies tot onderhoud. Je werkt dus aan een product dat je goed leert kennen en dagelijks in de praktijk terugziet. We zijn internationaal actief en houden de nuchtere mentaliteit van een technisch maakbedrijf.

Jouw plek in het team Je werkt nauw samen met je directe collega in de werkvoorbereiding. Met sales, planning en de buitendienst stem je dagelijks af, zodat elke klus soepel verloopt.

Wat jij meebrengt Je vindt het fijn als alles klopt voordat een monteur de weg op gaat. Je communiceert makkelijk, en denkt vanuit wat de klant en de monteur nodig hebben.

🔹 Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding op MBO 4 of HBO niveau 🔹 Ervaring in een logistieke, administratieve, servicegerichte of coördinerende functie heb je al opgedaan 🔹 Techniek, logistieke processen en serviceverlening spreken je aan 🔹 Jij werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, en schakelt snel zonder het overzicht te verliezen 🔹 Je neemt eigenaarschap en initiatief, zelfstandig én samen met je collega’s
