The posting

Position Overview:

This is a hybrid role based out of our Amsterdam office, with the flexibility expected across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. We encourage applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender identity.

You'll join our Benelux sales team - working alongside three Business Development Representatives, three fellow Account Executives, and our Partner Manager - in a region where partnerships are central to how we grow. You'll own full-cycle new-business sales across the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, sourcing your own opportunities and closing them directly or together with our partner network. We're especially focused on mid-market companies with complex supply chains.

You’ll get to take ownership of:

  • New-business hunting across Benelux: proactively sourcing and closing new-logo accounts in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg - sourcing matters as much as closing here.
  • Partner-led closing: bringing the deals you source to our partner network and closing with or through them, while staying in control of the deal end to end.
  • A mid-market, complex-supply-chain focus: building new business with companies whose supply chains genuinely need what we do.
  • Full pipeline ownership: strict CRM hygiene in HubSpot and strong self-management of your own pipeline and agenda.
  • Your own growth: a formal onboarding and ramp-up plan, with development tracked against personal goals alongside your sales targets -we take this as seriously as the numbers.

We’d love to meet someone with:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, with a genuine new-logo hunting track record - you source through events, communities, and your own network, not just leads handed to you.
  • A creative hunter mentality: an aggressive new-business drive, comfortable building pipeline from scratch rather than only working what's already there.
  • Comfort working through partners: you can bring a deal to a partner and stay in control of it, rather than needing to close everything direct.
  • An outgoing, personable style, paired with strategic thinking - you read a room and you plan ahead.
  • Strict pipeline discipline: strong HubSpot hygiene and self-management of your own time and agenda.
  • Fluent Dutch and English.
