Vacatureomschrijving

Als Finance Manager bij Locinox neem je een sleutelpositie op binnen de organisatie en ben je end-to-end verantwoordelijk voor de financiële afsluiting en rapportering van Locinox in België, US en andere entiteiten.

Je bent niet alleen coach en sparringpartner voor het team, maar ook een hands-on professional die actief betrokken blijft bij de financiële werking van de organisatie en ervoor zorgt dat de financiële processen efficiënt, correct en toekomstgericht georganiseerd zijn.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluitingen en werkt hier ook actief aan mee
  • Je staat in voor het opmaken en analyseren van de maandelijkse managementrapportering en fungeert als business partner voor het management en andere afdelingen
  • Je coördineert het budgetproces in nauwe samenwerking met onze COO, analyseert financiële resultaten (P&L) en vertaalt deze naar concrete inzichten en acties om de business te ondersteunen
  • Je bewaakt de financiële gezondheid van de verschillende entiteiten, bereidt de cashplanning voor en beheert de treasury-activiteiten
  • Je staat in voor het opstellen van jaarrekeningen en financiële rapporteringen en fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor auditors en externe partners
  • Je volgt de fiscale wetgeving nauwgezet op en bereidt de fiscale aangiftes voor
  • Je speelt een actieve rol in het opzetten en verbeteren van financiële structuren en processen, implementeert efficiënte rapporteringstools en workflows en draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering van finance binnen een groeiende kmo-context

Functie-eisen

Wat breng je mee?

  • Bachelor of Masterdiploma in een financiële richting
  • Ruime en aantoonbare ervaring in finance management
  • Sterke fiscale kennis
  • Interesse in en/of ervaring met AI-toepassingen binnen finance, met de ambitie om deze pragmatisch toe te passen ter optimalisatie van processen
  • Hands-on ingesteld en bereid om operationeel mee te werken
  • Zeer zelfstandig, met een sterk gevoel voor ownership
  • Analytisch sterk, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht
