The posting

Desde Logicalis Spain buscamos incorporar a un/a Desarrollador/a Python especializado/a en Inteligencia Artificial para formar parte de un equipo encargado del diseño, desarrollo e integración de agentes y sistemas multiagente de IA en servicios, APIs y plataformas corporativas de uno de nuestros principales clientes en España.

Funciones a realizar:

  • Participar en el diseño, desarrollo y evolución de agentes y sistemas multiagente de Inteligencia Artificial.
  • Integrar agentes y soluciones multiagente en servicios, APIs y plataformas corporativas.
  • Diseñar e implementar soluciones de orquestación e integración de LLMs, definiendo la lógica, instrucciones y flujos de ejecución de los agentes.
  • Desarrollar soluciones que combinen IA generativa, lógica determinista, reglas de negocio y workflows.
  • Participar en la evolución y mejora continua de las soluciones implementadas.

Requisitos imprescindibles:

  • Experiencia sólida trabajando con Python y desarrollo backend.
  • Conocimientos en Arquitectura Hexagonal, arquitectura orientada a eventos, DDD y MCP.
  • Experiencia práctica con LangChain y LangGraph para el desarrollo de agentes, herramientas (Tools), workflows y gestión de estado.
  • Experiencia en el diseño, desarrollo y evolución de agentes, orquestadores y soluciones multiagente para la integración con LLMs.
  • Capacidad para combinar IA generativa con lógica determinista, reglas y flujos de trabajo.
  • Conocimientos de microservicios, Docker, Kubernetes y despliegues en entornos cloud.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Git, CI/CD y testing automatizado.
  • Capacidad analítica, autonomía y orientación a la resolución de problemas.
  • Actitud proactiva, capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptación a nuevas tecnologías.

Condiciones:

  • Puesto estable en proyectos de larga duración.
  • Rango salarial: 28 - 35k.
  • Salario en 14 pagas.
  • Horario 08:00/09:00 - 17:30/18:30
  • Jornada intensiva los viernes y durante los meses de julio y agosto.
  • Actualmente no se contemplan guardias ni intervenciones fuera del horario habitual, aunque se requiere disponibilidad ante posibles necesidades futuras.
