¿Quiénes somos?

En Logicalis Spain actualmente estamos buscando a una persona para incorporar en nuestro equipo de Talento y Reclutamiento en Barcelona.

Como profesional del área de talento, tendrás la siguiente misión:

  • Identificar y atraerás talento de nicho en arquitecturas complejas (AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, Oracle, SQL…).
  • Redactar informes, analizarás y crearás contenido (ofertas, posts, marca empleadora) que realmente aporte valor a la comunidad técnica.
  • Realizar sesiones de follow-up y reuniones 1:1 con las personas empleadas. Serás su punto de referencia para asegurar su bienestar, crecimiento y alineación con sus proyectos.

¿Qué nos hace diferentes?

  • Te convertirás en una persona experta en el mercado tecnológico. Aprenderás de Cloud, Observabilidad, BBDD, Sistemas, Seguridad y DevOps.
  • Verás todo el ciclo de vida de los procesos de reclutamiento. No solo cazamos talento, acompañamos a las personas empleadas durante su trayectoria, lo cual te dará una perspectiva de negocio única.
  • Aquí no hablamos de "recursos", hablamos de ingeniería, arquitectura, sistemas y desarrollo. Si te gusta la tecnología, este es tu sitio.
  • Queremos que aportes ideas en la redacción de informes, en la estrategia de atracción y en cómo mejoramos la experiencia de nuestro equipo.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Buscamos con una persona con experiencia en reclutamiento y talento de perfiles profesionales vinculados al mundo IT, especialmente en el área de sistemas (Linux, Windows), Cloud (AWS, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Azure), Observabilidad (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana) y BBDD (SQL, Oracle).
  • Pasión por el sector tecnológico y curiosidad por entender los stack que trabajamos.
  • Habilidades de comunicación excepcionales: capaz de empatizar con personas en un 1:1 y de presentar una propuesta de valor a un cliente.
  • Perfil organizado y con orientación a la calidad: redactar un buen informe para nosotros es tan importante como entrevistar.
  • Enfoque en "Human Resources": personas que entienden que el éxito es retener el talento tanto como captarlo.
