Au sein de notre Direction Territoire MEL, vos missions principales seront de concilier sécurisation des recettes et accompagnement social des locataires. Vous diagnostiquerez les fragilités pour proposer des solutions pérennes, afin d’éviter la rupture du parcours résidentiel.

Plus précisément, il s’agit de :

  1. Détection, diagnostic et négociation budgétaire
  • Détecter précocement les impayés et les fragilités financières, puis réaliser des diagnostics socio-économiques et budgétaires complets auprès des locataires (à domicile ou en agence).
  • Négocier des plans d’apurement adaptés aux ressources des familles, gérer les dossiers de surendettement et assurer le suivi jusqu’à la clôture des créances, relances réglementaires comprises.

2. Ingénierie sociale et accompagnement aux aides

  • Accompagner les locataires dans leurs demandes d’aides (APL/CAF, FSL, CPAM, CCAS) et actionner les garanties de loyer (Visale, garant…).
  • Prévenir la récurrence de l’impayé en sensibilisant les familles à la gestion budgétaire et en proposant des solutions de mobilité adaptées, notamment en cas de sous-occupation, en lien avec les équipes commerciales.

3. Coordination partenariale et pilotage de l’activité

  • Mobiliser les travailleurs sociaux, associations et partenaires locaux autour de plans d’actions concrets, et assurer une veille sur les dispositifs de solidarité.
  • Piloter votre activité à l’aide des tableaux de bord, garantir la traçabilité des interventions dans le logiciel métier et assurer le lien avec le Centre de Relation Client.

Vos atouts

Autonome, vous êtes doté(e) d’excellentes qualités relationnelles et d’une aptitude à vous adapter aux différentes situations et interlocuteurs. Votre capacité à convaincre, négocier et faire preuve de ténacité, en alliant empathie, écoute active et fermeté seront des atouts majeurs pour vous épanouir dans ce poste.

La maîtrise des outils informatiques ainsi que le permis B sont indispensables pour le poste.
