HABILIANS, née de l’alliance de deux acteurs majeurs du logement social des Hauts-de-France, Logis Métropole et Habitat du Nord, recherche un(e) Gestionnaire de Secteur pour son Agence MEL Sud-Est, située à La Madeleine.

Votre Opportunité

Au sein de notre Direction Clientèle, vos missions seront d’accompagner les locataires dans leur parcours tout en garantissant la qualité de service et l’entretien du patrimoine, de piloter les équipes de terrain pour valoriser l’image de la société et assurer une gestion optimale du secteur.

Plus précisément, il s’agit de :

Gestion du parcours résidentiel et relation client

  • Accompagner les locataires au quotidien, gérer la remise en état des logements et assurer les permanences.
  • Traiter les réclamations dans les délais, accompagner les publics fragiles et assurer la médiation de premier niveau.

Maintenance et gestion technique du patrimoine

  • Diagnostiquer les désordres, commander et contrôler les interventions d'entretien tout en veillant à la sécurité des sites (astreintes).
  • Assurer le suivi des prestataires, participer aux projets de maintenance et valider la conformité des travaux et factures.

Management et animation des équipes de proximité

  • Encadrer et organiser l'activité des agents de terrain pour garantir la propreté et la qualité de service sur le secteur.
  • Évaluer les collaborateurs et proposer des axes de développement (formations, mobilités, compétences).

Pilotage budgétaire et développement local

  • Gérer les budgets alloués, suivre les factures et analyser les indicateurs de gestion pour ajuster les actions.
  • Animer le réseau de partenaires locaux et participer à la concertation locative pour dynamiser la vie de quartier.

Vos atouts :

Dynamique, doté(e) d’un réel esprit d’équipe, vous savez vous adapter aux différents interlocuteurs.

Autonome, et organisé(e), vous avez le sens des priorités. Vous possédez une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et de bonnes compétences rédactionnelles. Vous vous reconnaissez encore plus si nous parlons d’accompagnement, de satisfaction client et d’aisance relationnelle.

Le permis B est indispensable pour le poste.
