A Kings Sneakers, maior rede de franquias streetwear do Brasil, com mais de 160 lojas em todo o país e mais de 1,5 milhão de seguidores no Instagram, está em busca de um(a) Analista de Tráfego Pago Pleno para fortalecer as estratégias de mídia paga da marca. O que você vai fazer: * Planejar, executar e otimizar campanhas em Meta Ads e Google Ads, com foco em performance e resultado * Gerir budgets de mídia para lançamentos, collabs, ativações e campanhas institucionais da marca * Acompanhar captação de leads em campanhas de expansão (novos franqueados), do clique até a reunião marcada * Monitorar KPIs de tráfego, conversão e ROAS, gerando relatórios e insights para o time de marketing * Testar públicos, criativos e formatos de anúncio (A/B testing) para melhorar performance continuamente * Apoiar estratégias de mídia paga para conteúdos e projetos correlatos (ex: podcast, iniciativas de marca) * Atuar em conjunto com o time de conteúdo e criação para alinhar peças aos objetivos de cada campanha O que buscamos: * Experiência prévia como analista de tráfego pago, nível pleno, com domínio comprovado de Meta Ads e Google Ads * Vivência com gestão de budget e otimização orientada a métricas (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL) * Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) * Capacidade analítica para transformar dados em decisões de campanha * Perfil dinâmico, atualizado com tendências de mídia paga e comportamento de consumo digital * Diferencial: experiência em varejo, franquias ou marcas de streetwear/moda * Criar campanhas pontuais e geolocalizadas para as lojas (ações locais, inaugurações, promoções) Se você é apaixonado(a) por performance, dados e quer escalar campanhas para uma das maiores redes de streetwear do Brasil, essa vaga é para você.

* Experiência comprovada como gestor(a) de tráfego, de preferência com e-commerce * Experiência em campanhas de awareness e engajamento no YouTube * Conhecimento prático de GTM, GA4, API de Conversões e Hotjar * Experiência com debug de rastreamento (Tag Assistant, Preview do GTM, Meta Events Manager, DebugView do GA4) * Experiência com testes estruturados de criativo e de campanha * Visão analítica e boa leitura de funil: CPE, CPM, CTR, CPA/CAC, ROAS, taxa de conversão e ticket médio
