Buscamos um(a) Gerente de Loja presencial, em regime CLT, para cuidar da operação ponta a ponta, desenvolver o time e garantir que cada cliente saia se sentindo parte da nossa cultura.

Liderar, inspirar e desenvolver o time de vendas e caixa. Acompanhar metas diárias, semanais e mensais, propondo ações. Garantir padrão de atendimento e experiência do cliente Kings. Cuidar da organização, layout e visual merchandising da loja. Controlar estoque, recebimento de mercadorias e inventários. Acompanhar indicadores (ticket médio, conversão, ruptura etc.). Assegurar cumprimento de processos, políticas e normas da empresa.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

Experiência prévia como Gerente ou Subgerente de Loja no varejo. Vivência com metas agressivas e gestão de indicadores de vendas. Experiência em liderança de equipes de atendimento/vendas. Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em loja em SP, incluindo finais de semana/feriados em escala. Conhecimento de rotinas de caixa, estoque e abertura/fechamento de loja.

Atuação anterior em varejo de moda, streetwear ou sneakers. Perfil hands-on, com energia para estar no salão junto com o time. Facilidade em treinar e engajar pessoas em vendas consultivas. Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM e ações de relacionamento com clientes.
