Na loja Kings Sneakers ItaúPower, você vai fazer parte de uma pequena empresa em crescimento, com clima de equipe próxima e foco total na experiência do cliente. Buscamos alguém com energia, vontade de aprender e paixão por vendas para fortalecer nosso time na loja física.

  • Atender clientes na loja, entendendo necessidades e oferecendo os melhores produtos.
  • Apresentar lançamentos, promoções e combinações de looks.
  • Organizar e repor produtos na área de vendas e estoque.
  • Cuidar da arrumação da loja, vitrines e exposição de produtos.
  • Registrar vendas no caixa e apoiar em rotinas de fechamento.
  • Ajudar a bater metas individuais e da loja.
  • Garantir um atendimento acolhedor e alinhado ao estilo da marca.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia com vendas ou atendimento ao cliente (loja, quiosque, teleatendimento etc.).
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em Contagem/MG (ItaúPower Shopping).
  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Facilidade de comunicação e gosto por falar com pessoas.
  • Perfil proativo, organizado e focado em resultados.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em escala de shopping (incluindo finais de semana e feriados alternados).
  • Disponibilidade de horário (escala de revezamento na abertura e no fechamento).

Diferenciais:

  • Vivência em lojas de moda, calçados ou streetwear.
  • Interesse real por sneakers, cultura urbana e tendências de moda.
  • Experiência com metas de vendas e indicadores (ticket médio, peças por atendimento etc.).
  • Conhecimento básico em operação de caixa e sistemas de vendas (PDV).
