Buscamos um(a) Vendedor(a) Júnior presencial para atuar na loja do Shopping Cidade, garantindo uma experiência de compra diferenciada e contribuindo diretamente para os resultados da unidade.

  • Atender clientes presencialmente, oferecendo suporte consultivo em produtos e numerações.
  • Organizar e repor produtos no salão de vendas e estoque.
  • Operar caixa, realizar abertura/fechamento e conferência de valores.
  • Cuidar da apresentação da loja, seguindo padrões de visual merchandising.
  • Atingir metas de vendas individuais e coletivas.
  • Registrar atendimentos e trocas conforme procedimentos internos.
  • Colaborar com a equipe para manter um ambiente de trabalho positivo.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia em vendas presenciais no varejo (qualquer segmento).
  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em escala de shopping, incluindo finais de semana e feriados.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e postura voltada para atendimento ao cliente.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com metas e indicadores de desempenho.
  • Conhecimentos básicos de operação de caixa e meios de pagamento.
  • Residir com fácil acesso ao Shopping Cidade.

Diferenciais:

  • Vivência em lojas de moda, calçados ou streetwear.
  • Interesse genuíno por sneakers, cultura urbana e tendências de moda.
  • Experiência com programas de fidelidade e ações de pós-venda.
  • Noções de organização de estoque e visual merchandising.
