Realizar a prevenção de perdas e danos no interior da loja monitorando o fluxo de pessoas e as ocorrências do cotidiano;

Manter-se atento à movimentação da loja e a comportamentos suspeitos de clientes e colaboradores;

Monitorar presencialmente ou por meio de câmeras a entrada, a saída e a movimentação interna das pessoas em loja, principalmente nas portas de acesso externo e nas áreas de caixas e de vendas;

Proteger a integridade física do público interno e as mercadorias expostas na loja, atuando para evitar furtos, quebras e outras ocorrências negativas;

Permanecer no posto definido ou no trajeto de ronda durante todo o turno e cumprir os rodízios de posicionamento sempre que determinado;

Comunicar as atitudes suspeitas à Central de monitoramento e à gerência da loja com máxima agilidade;

Realizar avisos e comunicação interna na loja para a gerência e colaboradores por rádio e microfone usando códigos;

Orientar clientes sobre a correção de ações inapropriadas que estejam realizando no interior da loja, como consumir produtos alimentícios no caixa, e leva-los a corrigir ou fazer o pagamento por seus efeitos;

Direcionar os clientes que o abordem com dúvidas sobre a área da loja ou produtos aos atendentes repositores, de modo a deixar seu posto o mínimo de tempo possível;

Realizar a abordagem de clientes quando necessário, fazendo-o sempre de acordo com as normas e regimentos internos da loja, a legislação nacional e a observação da postura de respeito ao cliente;

Dar suporte cotidiano a atividades e rotinas da empresa, contribuindo para a manutenção da qualidade do trabalho e do ambiente em atividades pertinentes ao seu cargo.
