Samen met jouw team zorg je ervoor dat de stedelijke gebouwen veilig, duurzaam en goed onderhouden blijven. Je combineert technische kennis met organisatietalent en een coachende leiderschapsstijl.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Werkleider Gebouwen ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een goed georganiseerde technische werking.

  • Je stuurt en motiveert je team: je begeleidt ploegbazen en technische medewerkers en stimuleert een positieve samenwerking.
  • Je plant en coördineert: je organiseert onderhoudswerken, herstellingen en technische opdrachten en zet mensen en middelen efficiënt in.
  • Je volgt projecten op: je coördineert bouw- en renovatiewerken en werkt samen met aannemers en andere partners.
  • Je bewaakt kwaliteit en veiligheid: je ziet toe op een correcte en veilige uitvoering en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je houdt het overzicht: je communiceert helder, lost praktische problemen op en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen de verschillende diensten.

Geen dag is dezelfde. Dankzij jouw aanpak blijven niet alleen de gebouwen in goede staat, maar draait ook jouw team op volle toeren!

Wie zoeken we?

Een technisch onderlegde teamspeler die verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs of een gelijkwaardig diploma.
  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar relevante beroepservaring in een leidinggevende functie aan technische profielen, verworven in de laatste 10 jaar;
  • Je hebt kennis van gebouwen, onderhoud, technische werkzaamheden en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je weet medewerkers te motiveren en werkt graag samen.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.

Daarnaast voldoe je aan de algemene toelatingsvoorwaarden en slaag je voor de selectieprocedure.
