Voor ons dynamisch zorgteam zoeken we momenteel een nachtverpleegkundige.

Als verpleegkundige ben jij de contactpersoon voor onze bewoners met betrekking tot de totaalzorg. Je werkt binnen het team bewonersgericht en draagt op deze manier bij tot de creatie van een optimaal zorgklimaat voor onze bewoners. Binnen het woonzorgcentrum kan je een band met de bewoners opbouwen, het is namelijk geen dagelijks komen en gaan van patiënten. De dankbaarheid van onze bewoners is ook immens groot naar het zorgpersoneel.

Als nachtverpleegkundige organiseer je samen met de nachtzorgkundige een comfortabele nachtrust bij de bewoners. De organisatie van een nachtdienst bestaat uit:

  • Hulp bieden aan de bewoners waar nodig;
  • Een luisterend oor bieden en bewoners tot rust brengen;
  • Het medicatiebeleid organiseren binnen het woonzorgcentrum;
  • Registreren van gegevens binnen het zorgdossier.
