Woonzorgcentrum Trappeniers ligt centraal in Zaventem, vlak naast het groene park Mariadal. Werken bij ons betekent zorg met aandacht, teamwork en bewoners die je écht leert kennen.

Wat doe je als begeleider Wonen & Leven?

Als begeleider wonen en leven maak je deel uit van een bruisend team. Met een gevarieerd aanbod aan activiteiten, kleine momenten en initiatieven die aansluiten bij de interesses en mogelijkheden van onze ouderen creëren we samen een nieuwe thuis voor hen.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Je bouwt een vertrouwensband op met onze bewoners en draagt bij aan hun welzijn.
  • Je organiseert, coördineert en begeleidt een gevarieerd aanbod aan activiteiten.
  • Je werkt mee aan het woon- en leefplan en stemt activiteiten af op de individuele wensen en noden van onze bewoners.
  • Je betrekt ook mantelzorgers, vrijwilligers en medewerkers bij de verschillende initiatieven.
  • Je bouwt mee aan de verbinding tussen het WZC, de buurt en organisaties uit de regio.
  • Je brengt verschillende generaties en werelden samen en staat open voor nieuwe ideeën.
  • Je werkt mee aan ons huiskrantje en de sociale media van het WZC.
  • Je werkt één keer per week tot 18.15 uur voor de wekelijkse kookactiviteit met bewoners.
  • Je bent bereid om uitzonderlijk in het weekend te werken (± 3 keer per jaar), bijvoorbeeld voor een fijne uitstap met onze bewoners.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een secundair diploma en minstens 1 jaar relevante en aantoonbare ervaring.
  • Je hebt een hart voor ouderen en legt makkelijk contact met mensen.
  • Je hebt voeling met mensen met dementie.
  • Je bent enthousiast en gemotiveerd en weet anderen mee te krijgen.
  • Je werkt graag samen en overlegt met het team met het oog op kwalitatieve zorg.
  • Je denkt actief mee om het dagelijks wonen en leven van onze bewoners te verbeteren
  • Je bent creatief en flexibel.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief.
  • Je kunt vlot met een computer werken.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt zeer goed Nederlands.
  • Een rijbewijs is geen must, maar is mooi meegenomen.
