Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung analytischer Tätigkeiten gemäss geltenden Vorschriften sowie den eigenen Qualifikationen und Berechtigungen.
  • GMP-konforme, vollständige und nachvollziehbare Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Tätigkeiten.
  • Unterstützung bei der Probenbearbeitung und im operativen Laborbetrieb.
  • Unterstützung bei Gerätekontrollen, Kalibrierungen und allgemeinen Laboraktivitäten.
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität der eigenen Arbeit unter konsequenter Einhaltung der GMP-, Qualitäts- und Datenintegritätsanforderungen.
  • Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorgaben und aktive Mitwirkung an einer gelebten Sicherheitskultur, einschliesslich der vorschriftsgemässen Meldung von Risiken und sicherheitsrelevanten Beobachtungen.

Was wir suchen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Laborant/in EFZ oder eine vergleichbare naturwissenschaftliche Qualifikation.
  • Erste Erfahrung im analytischen Labor, idealerweise in der Qualitätskontrolle eines pharmazeutischen oder biotechnologischen Unternehmens.
  • Grundkenntnisse der GMP-Anforderungen und ein ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für Qualität, Sicherheit und Datenintegrität.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend erforderlich; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Eine sorgfältige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft, neue Tätigkeiten zu erlernen und die dafür erforderlichen Qualifikationen zu erwerben.
