The role

You are the engineer behind our go-to-market machine. You build the automations, data pipelines, integrations and AI workflows that let marketing, partnerships and operations scale without adding headcount. Half builder, half growth operator.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain GTM automations in Make, n8n and custom scripts (lead routing, enrichment, outreach, lifecycle triggers)
  • Run outbound and partnership pipelines: data scraping, enrichment (Apify, Clay or similar), personalized outreach at scale
  • Own CRM and data plumbing: HubSpot setup, syncing product data, clean pipelines between product, CRM, email and analytics
  • Set up and maintain tracking: server-side tracking, event schemas, attribution, conversion APIs for ad platforms
  • Build internal tools and dashboards (Metabase, Airtable, Looker Studio) so the team sees funnel and revenue numbers in real time
  • Ship AI-powered workflows with LLM APIs and MCP tooling (content generation, lead scoring, support triage)
  • Build programmatic SEO pages and tool-led landing pages together with the growth team
  • Document systems so others can run them

What you bring

  • 2+ years as a GTM engineer, growth engineer, marketing ops or RevOps engineer, or a developer working closely with growth
  • Strong with automation platforms (Make, n8n, Zapier) and comfortable writing code (JavaScript or Python)
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks and JSON; you can connect any two tools
  • Hands-on with a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and email platforms
  • SQL and data skills; you can build a dashboard from raw data
  • Experience using LLM APIs in production workflows
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • You think in systems and measure the impact of what you build

Nice to have

  • Experience with Clay, Apify or similar enrichment and scraping tools
  • Server-side tracking (GTM server container, Meta CAPI)
  • Background in B2C SaaS or job search / HR tech
