The role

You own the growth engine end to end: acquisition, activation and conversion to paid. You run fast experiments across channels, measure everything and double down on what works. Your north star is paid signups per day.

What you'll do

  • Design, run and analyze growth experiments across the full funnel (landing pages, onboarding, pricing, paywalls, upsells)
  • Scale acquisition channels: SEO and programmatic SEO, paid (Google, Meta, TikTok), influencer and creator partnerships, webinars, communities and referrals
  • Build and optimize lifecycle email and in-app messaging to lift activation, conversion and retention
  • Manage the influencer and creator pipeline: sourcing, outreach, deals and performance tracking
  • Own tracking and analytics: GA4, server-side tracking, attribution and funnel dashboards
  • Run A/B tests on pricing, plans and checkout flows
  • Explore new channels like AEO/GEO (visibility in AI assistants and answer engines)
  • Report weekly on experiments, results and next bets

What you bring

  • 3+ years in growth, performance marketing or growth hacking, ideally at a B2C SaaS or subscription product
  • Proven track record of growing signups or revenue with numbers you can show
  • Hands-on with paid acquisition, SEO and conversion rate optimization
  • Strong analytics skills: GA4, Looker Studio or Metabase, basic SQL is a plus
  • Comfortable with automation and no-code tools (Make, n8n, Zapier) and AI tools in daily work
  • Experience marketing to the US market
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • Bias for action: you ship experiments weekly, not quarterly

Nice to have

  • Experience in HR tech, career or job search products
  • Influencer or UGC campaign experience at scale
  • Familiarity with email platforms like Customer.io or Brevo
