The posting

Crystal Flash LLC is looking for a highly organized and results-oriented B2C & Project Sales Coordinator to manage the daily execution of an assigned sales team.

This is not a general administrative position. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining sales discipline, controlling CRM activities, following up quotations and opportunities, coordinating technical and tender documentation, and helping the assigned team achieve its monthly sales target.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily check-in meetings with assigned Sales Counselors and Sales Executives.
  • Review sales results, customer visits, daily plans, quotations, follow-ups and pending actions.
  • Ensure all opportunities, activities, notes, quotations and next actions are accurately updated in Odoo CRM.
  • Monitor team sales performance and identify gaps requiring corrective action.
  • Track quotations and opportunities until a clear outcome is received.
  • Coordinate quotation, BOQ, MAS, AutoCAD, DIALux, technical submittal and tender preparation with Remote Technical Support.
  • Review all technical and commercial documents and remain responsible for accurate and timely final submission.
  • Monitor relevant tender portals, deadlines and submission requirements.
  • Respond to applicable customer and project-related emails within three working hours.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, Logistics, Production and Technical Support to resolve pending issues.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales, pipeline, activity and performance reports.
  • Identify cross-selling, upselling and customer-reactivation opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, project coordination, sales support or tender coordination.
  • Practical experience supporting multiple salespeople simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM or ERP systems; Odoo experience is an advantage.
  • Experience coordinating quotations, BOQs, MAS documents, tenders or technical submissions.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, reporting and computer skills.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Strong follow-up, prioritization and deadline-management skills.
  • Ability to challenge incomplete work professionally and maintain team accountability.
  • Experience in lighting, electrical products, MEP, construction or building materials is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; an engineering degree is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Must be available for full-time, office-based work in Muscat.

You should be comfortable managing several priorities, following up persistently, checking details and holding team members accountable. You must take ownership of tasks until completion rather than simply forwarding messages between departments.
