L'Optimiste est un cabinet d'expertise comptable de TPE et PME situé en Bretagne et à Paris https://www.loptimiste.fr/

Notre objectif est double :

  • Apporter un maximum de valeur ajoutée à nos clients TPE-PME et de la sérénité pour leurs dirigeants. Pour cela nous innovons et nous expérimentons (toujours chez nous pour commencer) en permanence. Pas pour faire des choses nouvelles mais pour répondre aux besoins de nos clients.
  • Permettre à chacun d’avoir une harmonie professionnelle et personnelle. Rien n’est jamais parfait mais nous sommes fiers de l’énergie que nous mettons, des résultats déjà obtenus et de l’amélioration permanente des conditions de travail.

Vos missions ?

Intégré(e) dans une équipe de 3 personnes, vous travaillez en soutien du Responsable de mission en intervenant sur les dossiers de votre équipe.

Le quotidien vous le connaissez déjà un peu ;-)

  • Tenue de la comptabilité,
  • Révision des comptes,
  • Préparation puis établissement des comptes annuels (bilans, comptes de résultats, ...) avec le Responsable de mission.
  • Déclarations fiscales,
  • Reporting client et tableaux de bord

Et surtout vous construisez une relation de proximité avec vos clients.

Si nous devions vous décrire

Parce qu’on ne peut pas s’inventer comptable nous regarderons bien sûr les éléments suivants :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation comptable et d'une première expérience acquise de 2 ans en cabinet (hors alternance).
  • Bac + 2 en comptabilité minimum.
  • Si vous êtes à l’aise avec le logiciel Fulll (anciennement Ibiza) c’est un plus, mais ce n'est pas obligatoire (ça s'apprend). Et ne parlons pas d'Excel, c’est une évidence.

Mais au-delà de votre formation et de vos compétences techniques, nous recherchons SURTOUT une personnalité et un état d'esprit:

  • Capable de s'intégrer dans notre équipe "d'OPTIMISTES",
  • Dynamique avec un sens du service client développé,
  • Qui prend des initiatives dans le but de progresser et de faire progresser,
