Issue de l’expérience de LB ECO HABITAT, Kannwood, créée en 2024, propose une solution industrielle de préfabrication de façades ossatures bois isolé en béton de chanvre mis en œuvre en atelier. Cette solution a pour ambition de répondre à la fois aux enjeux de la règlementation environnementale 2020 et de la massification de la rénovation.

L’objectif de Kannwood, dirigée par Yannick LEHAGRE, est de proposer une solution biosourcée, performante et compétitive, valorisant une ressource locale avec une contribution environnementale positive en tirant ainsi les avantages de la construction hors site et bas carbone.

Pour accompagner son développement, Kannwood s’est entouré de partenaires et associés dont CCL construction, Legendre et Pigeon. Elle bénéficie ainsi de l'agilité d'une structure à taille humaine alliée à la puissance, au savoir-faire et aux outils de partenaires solides.

Dans le cadre d’une création de poste afin d’accompagner son développement, KANNWOOD souhaite intégrer un.e responsable de production et d'études.

Tes missions

Sous la responsabilité directe du dirigeant, tes missions seront les suivantes :

Gestion de la production

  • Planifier et cadencer la production en fonction des commandes et des priorités établies.
  • Transmettre les ordres de fabrication et les plans aux équipes de production.
  • Garantir le respect des délais, du cahier des charges initial, et des normes de qualité.
  • Superviser la conformité des produits finis avec les exigences techniques définies.
  • S’assurer du respect du plan de qualité de construction tout au long du processus de production.

Evolution et développement de l’entreprise

  • Participer à l'amélioration de la chaine de production
  • Analyser les plans reçus et effectuer un premier chiffrage pour répondre aux demandes des clients.
  • Réaliser les études techniques détaillées une fois le projet validé : conception des plans d’exécution sur CADWORKS pour les charpentiers et les équipes de production.
  • Élaborer les plans de fabrication sur des panneaux de chanvre-chaux et ossature bois en respectant les exigences techniques et réglementaires.

Management et encadrement

  • Superviser une petite équipe de production et coordonner les différentes phases des projets
  • Participer à l’intégration et à la formation des nouvelles recrues en collaboration avec la direction.

Et si on te décrivait ?

Issu.e d’une formation dans la construction bois combinée à l’expérience chantier, tu maîtrises CADWORKS (indispensable). Si tu ne connais pas le béton de chanvre, tu seras formé.e dès ton arrivée sur ce matériau.

Tu disposes par ailleurs d’une première expérience réussie en management d’équipe.
