Wir von Lorenz Kunststofftechnik können als unabhängiges Familienunternehmen mit Standorten in Wallenhorst, Spenge und Hopsten auf einen jahrzehntelangen Erfahrungsschatz bei der Industriefertigung zurückblicken. Dabei haben wir als Spezialist für duroplastische Halbzeuge und deren Folgeprodukte unsere Expertise in den vergangenen Jahren ausgebaut und den Fokus auf die Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Dank moderner Produktionsmethoden gelingt es uns, auch scheinbar schwer realisierbare Projekte umzusetzen. Im Rahmen einer langfristigen Nachfolgeplanung suchen wir daher einen Außendienstmitarbeiter (m/w/d)

Deine zukünftigen Schwerpunkte:

  • Eigenständige und nachhaltige Betreuung sowie Ausbau des vorhandenen Kundenstamms
  • Technische und kaufmännische Unterstützung von Kunden vor Ort
  • Identifikation und Akquise von Neukunden im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Mitwirkung und Durchführung von Maßnahmen zum Gewinnen von Zielkunden
  • Beobachtung von Markttrends und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten
  • Technische und kaufmännische Ausarbeitung von Angeboten und deren Verfolgung
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Preisverhandlungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung beziehungsweise Studium (im Bereich Kunststoff oder Chemie) oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Offenheit und Interesse an unseren Kunden und Produkten
  • Ein breitgefächertes technisches Interesse/Verständnis
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Lösungsorientiertes, eigenverantwortliches und strukturiertes Handeln sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Reisebereitschaft (weltweit) und Flexibilität
