Wir von Lorenz Kunststofftechnik können als unabhängiges Familienunternehmen mit Standorten in Wallenhorst, Spenge und Hopsten auf einen jahrzehntelangen Erfahrungsschatz bei der Industriefertigung zurückblicken. Dabei haben wir als Spezialist für duroplastische Halbzeuge und deren Folgeprodukten unsere Expertise in den vergangenen Jahren ausgebaut und den Fokus auf die Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Dank moderner Produktionsmethoden gelingt es uns, auch scheinbar schwer realisierbare Projekte umzusetzen. Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben:

  • Bedienung und Programmierung von CNC-Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen
  • Herstellung von Präzisionsteilen nach technischen Zeichnungen und Spezifikationen
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Maßprüfungen
  • Wartung und Instandhaltung der Maschinen
  • Überwachung der Fertigungsprozesse inklusive Werkzeugwechsel und Korrekturen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als CNC-Dreher/Fräser oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der CNC-Bearbeitung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Programmierung von CNC-Maschinen
  • Hohes Maß an Präzision und technisches Verständnis
  • Fähigkeit, technische Zeichnungen zu lesen und zu interpretieren
  • Eine selbstständige und systematische Arbeitsweise
