  • Participate in pre-functional inspections and equipment readiness checks to verify installations align with approved drawings, specifications, and manufacturer requirements.
  • Assist with developing, executing, and documenting commissioning checklists, inspection forms, and equipment testing procedures.
  • Support electrical testing activities, including voltage checks, continuity testing, insulation resistance testing, and other diagnostic activities as qualified and authorized.
  • Assist with the inspection, testing, and verification of instrumentation and field devices, including pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters, sensors, actuators, and control valves.
  • Support calibration, loop checks, point-to-point verification, and functional testing of instrumentation and control systems under the direction of experienced commissioning personnel.
  • Assist with PLC, SCADA, BMS, and other facility control system commissioning activities, including I/O verification, alarm testing, control sequence verification, and system monitoring.
  • Participate in equipment startup and commissioning activities to verify systems operate in accordance with design intent and project requirements.
  • Assist with Functional Performance Testing (FPT) and Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) by observing test execution, recording results, and documenting equipment performance.
  • Review electrical one-line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, control drawings, loop diagrams, and equipment submittals to develop an understanding of system design and commissioning requirements.
  • Identify, document, and communicate equipment deficiencies, installation issues, failed test results, and other commissioning observations to the commissioning team.
  • Assist with tracking and documenting commissioning deficiencies, punch-list items, corrective actions, and retesting activities to support successful system turnover.

  • Participate in EHS programs, safety audits, and Good Catch initiatives while maintaining a strong commitment to safe commissioning practices.
  • Develop an understanding of semiconductor facility systems, equipment interdependencies, and the importance of commissioning to facility reliability and continuous manufacturing operations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on commissioning processes, testing procedures, documentation, and equipment performance.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
