Descripción del empleo

Como parte del equipo de Cuentas a Pagar que da soporte a diferentes sectores de la compañía, esta posición es responsable de contabilizar las facturas de proveedores y de mantener las cuentas de las contrapartes conciliadas. Además, se encarga de realizar propuestas de pago comerciales y no comerciales, asegurando que la información y la documentación se mantengan ordenadas.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar la contabilización de facturas de proveedores y conciliar las cuentas corrientes de los clientes/proveedores.
  • Interactuar con sectores internos de la compañía para destrabar situaciones de facturas impagas y realizar propuestas de pago a contrapartes, tomando en consideración los estados de cuenta corriente.
  • Contabilizar notas de débito y crédito.
  • Gestionar sus tareas con objetivos e indicadores.

Requisitos

Conocimientos & habilidades requeridas:

  • Se valora experiencia previa en pago a proveedores y conciliación de cuentas.
  • Estudiantes o graduados de las carreras de Administración de Empresas, Contador Público o afines.
  • Conocimientos de SAP, Outlook y Excel.
  • Idioma inglés intermedio - avanzado (excluyente).
  • Buscamos personas con marcada vocación de servicio, atención al detalle, habilidades de comunicación interpersonal en entornos multiculturales y flexibilidad para adaptarse a una compañía dinámica de alto nivel profesional.
