The posting

Founded in 1874, Louis Poulsen is a Danish lighting manufacturer born out of the Scandinavian design tradition where form follows function. The function and design of our products are tailored to reflect and support the rhythm of natural light. Every detail in the design has a purpose. Every design starts and ends with light. We believe in passionate craftsmanship that produces quality lighting and design products that are pleasing to the eye and to the light.

In close partnership with designers, architects and other talents like Poul Henningsen, Arne Jacobsen, Verner Panton, Øivind Slaatto, Alfred Homann, Oki Sato and Louise Campbell, we have established ourselves as one of the key global suppliers of architectural and decorative lighting. Defying traditional product categories, our products serve and span the professional and private lighting markets for both indoor and outdoor applications. We are represented all over the world and now we are looking for a Italian-speaking Internal Sales Assistant for our Customer Service department.

If you're motivated by providing excellent service and enjoy working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, we would love to hear from you.

Job profile

Your responsibilities will span a variety of customer-centric and administrative tasks, with a primary focus on delivering excellent service to our customers and supporting our sales organization.

  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. Logistics, Finance and Technical) to ensure seamless service.
  • Ad hoc tasks: Provide support on various administrative and operational tasks as needed by the team.

Personal profile

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, solution-oriented, and thrives in a structured yet fast-moving environment.

  • Experience: You have experience in a similar customer service, sales support, or internal sales role - ideally within an international context.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
