Vacatureomschrijving

Als Deputy General Manager werk je nauw samen met de General Manager in het goede verloop van de dagelijkse activiteiten van het hotel. Daarbij komen o.a. de volgende werkzaamheden naar voren:

  • Je ondersteunt het management bij operationele, personele, commerciële en administratieve taken.
  • Je speelt een actieve rol in de overgangs- en renovatiefase van het hotel en ondersteunt het team tijdens deze belangrijke transitie.
  • Je staat altijd klaar voor onze gasten en zorgt voor een uitstekende service.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor het team en motiveert medewerkers onder jouw begeleiding.
  • Je hebt oog voor de winstgevendheid van het hotel en denkt graag mee over initiatieven en verbeteringen.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en pakt zaken proactief aan.
  • Je draait mee in de receptie- en F&B-shiften wanneer dat nodig is.

Je maakt deel uit van het vernieuwde Tulip Hotel-concept. Dat betekent dat je niet alleen meewerkt aan de dagelijkse operatie, maar ook bijdraagt aan de ontwikkeling van een fris, eigentijds merk en een vernieuwde gastervaring.

  • Je hebt een positieve instelling en een passie voor Hospitality
  • Je wordt blij van een afwisselend takenpakket waarbij je betrokken bent bij alle facetten van het hotel
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring en in het aansturen en begeleiden van een team.
  • Je beschikt over sterke commerciële en organisatorische vaardigheden, en hebt de drive om uitstekende resultaten te behalen op het gebied van omzet, kwaliteit en gasttevredenheid.
  • Je hebt kennis van gezondheid & veiligheidsprocedures.
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een fulltime dienstverband van (38 uur)
