Description du poste

Rattaché(e) à la Senior Development Analyst, le stagiaire aidera à identifier des opportunités stratégiques et à assurer la croissance réussie de l'entreprise.

Les missions du stagiaire sont réparties sur le marché français (75%) et les marchés internationaux (25%).

👉 Vos principales missions seront les suivantes

  • Vous préparerez des faisabilités financières et des projections de fees pour les opportunités de franchise, d'HMA et de location - avec ou sans engagements de capital.
  • Vous réaliserez des études de marché complètes, analyserez les tendances de performance et surveillerez les développements de l'industrie de l'hôtellerie.
  • Vous effectuerez les analyses ad hoc nécessaires pour soutenir l'équipe Stratégie et Développement.
  • Vous assisterez l'équipe de développement dans la préparation des dossiers du comité de développement (en anglais).
  • Vous maintiendrez le pipeline de développement.
  • Vous aiderez à l’organisation et participerez aux salons professionnels.
  • Vous coordonnerez avec l'équipe de communication sur toutes les publications de développement et divers matériaux marketing.

Qualifications

👉 Profil recherché :

  • De formation BAC+4/5 en école hôtelière ou en école de commerce, vous avez de solides compétences analytiques et organisationnelles.
  • Vous êtes connu(e) pour votre rigueur, organisation, et votre capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
  • Vous êtes curieux(se) et savez prendre des initiatives dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Vous avez nécessairement un bon niveau en anglais (B2 minimum) qui vous permettra d'interagir avec différents interlocuteurs.
  • Excel n'a pas de secret pour vous (TCD, macros, construction de tableaux statistiques, utilisation de formules…).
  • Une expérience avec les données de performance hôtelière STR et une connaissance du monde de l’hôtellerie seraient un plus.
