LOXAM EVENT est le spécialiste de la location de matériels pour l’événementiel, coordonne l’ensemble des moyens nécessaires afin de garantir la continuité des événements sportifs, culturels, concerts, salon, tournage… 24H/24 et 7j/7. LOXAM EVENT accompagne ses clients dans tous leurs besoins : constructions modulaires, groupes électrogènes, chariots de manutention, matériels d’élévation, voiturettes, petits outillages, etc.

Description du poste

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, nous recherchons un Responsable de Location/ Chargé(e) d’administration des ventes H/F basé à Bondoufle (91).

En tant que Responsable de Location, vous avez un rôle clé dans un environnement stimulant. Au sein d’un équipe de 10 personnes, vous serez en étroite collaboration avec la force commerciale, les agences du réseau Loxam et les clients.

La satisfaction du client est au centre de vos préoccupations. Pour cela, vous coordonnez les différentes étapes de la location : de la réservation du matériel à la facturation complète du dossier à travers des missions variées et transverses.

Vos Missions

  • Répondre aux appels/mails entrants ;
  • Saisir les contrats de location;
  • Assurer le bon déroulement de la logistique (livraison et reprise du matériel) ;
  • Contrôler les données de facturation ;
  • Editer les factures et les avoirs ;
  • Résoudre les litiges ;
  • Classer et archiver les documents ;
  • Suivre les casses et les incidents ;
  • Editer les bons de commande pour nos prestataires et fournisseurs

Qualifications

Nous recherchons une personne dynamique, sachant gérer le stress d’une activité rythmée. Vous êtes organisé(e), d’un tempérament rigoureux, avec un bon relationnel.

Votre bonne humeur sera un réel atout pour vous intégrer dans nos équipes.
