LOXAM EVENT est le spécialiste de la location de matériels pour l’événementiel, coordonne l’ensemble des moyens nécessaires afin de garantir la continuité des événements sportifs, culturels, concerts, salon, tournage… 24H/24 et 7j/7. LOXAM EVENT accompagne ses clients dans tous leurs besoins : constructions modulaires, groupes électrogènes, chariots de manutention, matériels d’élévation, voiturettes, petits outillages, etc.

Description du poste

Nous recherchons un Chargé d’Affaires H/F basé en IDF

Rattaché(e) au Directeur Commercial, vous développez et fidélisez une clientèle essentiellement professionnelle en proposant les prestations LOXAM EVENT.

Vos principales missions s’articulent autour de 3 axes :

Identification des cibles

  • Informer de l’évolution des données du marché (chantiers, matériels, prix, concurrence)
  • Etablir la liste des clients et des prospects à potentiel en collaboration avec le Directeur Commercial

Présentation de l’offre commerciale

  • Visiter les clients et les prospects ciblés, présenter l’offre LOXAM EVENT et/ou son évolution (matériels, réseau, services)
  • Identifier leurs besoins, les conseiller dans le choix des prestations, formuler les offres commerciales jusqu'a la cloture du dossier
  • Négocier et déployer les accords selon la politique tarifaire définie par la direction commerciale

Gestion de portefeuilles

  • Etablir les rapports de visites sur l’outil informatisé en service et informer le Directeur Commercial
  • Relancer les offres de service et suivre leur bon aboutissement
  • Analyser les résultats obtenus et prendre les mesures correctives nécessaires

Qualifications

Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation commerciale (Bac +2 minimum) et témoignez d’une expérience réussi d’au moins 5 ans dans un environnement similaire.

Votre aisance relationnelle, votre sens du service, votre rigueur administrative et votre implication vous permettront de réussir dans votre mission.
