LOXAM RENTAL est le pôle généraliste en France, composé d’un réseau de plus de 440 agences réparties sur l’ensemble du territoire et répondant aux besoins les plus variés de nos clients que ce soit des équipements pour la démolition et gros œuvre, terrassement, espaces verts, transport et manutention, élévation, outillages ou bien encore pour l’énergie.

Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable d’Atelier H/F basé à Fos sur Mer.

Description du poste

Rattaché(e) au Responsable d’agence, vous assurez la conformité et le bon état (technique, sécurité, présentation) des matériels proposés à la location. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions vous garantissez la sécurité et l’organisation du travail de l’atelier, planning, interventions, réparations du matériel mis à la disposition des clients.

Vos principales missions seront :

Coordination de l’équipe

  • Planifier l’activité de l’équipe de l’atelier et du parc et gérer les priorités d’intervention
  • Former l’équipe atelier si nécessaire ou proposer des formations
  • Effectuer un tour de parc hebdomadaire avec le responsable de parc et d’agence

Gestion de l’atelier et coordination des missions de l’équipe

  • Etablir les devis, les bons de commande fournisseurs et optimiser les achats pour respecter au mieux le budget annuel
  • Contrôler à réception la conformité des pièces et/ou prestations achetées
  • Planifier les entretiens périodiques/contrôles réglementaires avec les clients et gérer leur suivi
  • Tenir à jour les documents de suivi de l’activité de l’atelier (check list des révisions, fiches matériels, rapports d’intervention,…)
  • Effectuer des rapports sur l’état d’avancement des travaux par rapport aux objectifs fixés
  • Gérer le stock de pièces et consommables

Entretien et maintenance

  • Assurer la maintenance des matériels (entretien et réparation) et la bonne exécution des contrôles réglementaires
  • Réaliser les diagnostics de pannes et le cas échéant, effectuer des dépannages sur chantier
  • Contrôler les interventions/réparations réalisées par les sous-traitants

Qualifications

Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation (BEP/BAC Pro/BTS) à dominante technique (maintenance industrielle, maintenance engins TP ou agricoles,…).

Professionnel(le) de la mécanique, rigoureux(se), vous justifiez d’une expérience du matériel de BTP.

Vous avez le sens du service et aimez travailler en équipe.
