Les équipes LOXAM POWER interviennent partout en France grâce aux 15 agences certifiées MASE, proposant un service clé en main, 24h/24 et 7j/7, passant de l’étude préalable, conseil, livraison, mise en service jusqu’à la formation et maintenance sur site.

Description du poste

Nous recherchons un Commercial Sédentaire/Conseiller Commercial H/F basé à LE HAVRE (76).

Rattaché(e) au Responsable d’agence, vous êtes en charge de conseiller et proposer aux clients nos solutions de location de matériels, tout en coordonnant l’administratif commercial lié à l’activité.

Vos principales missions seront :

Conseiller et satisfaire la clientèle en répondant à ses besoins

  • Accueillir les clients (comptoir, téléphone), détecter et évaluer leurs besoins, les conseiller dans le choix des matériels
  • Participer aux actions de prospection et fidélisation : contact téléphonique des clients et prospects
  • Négocier et défendre les prix de location et services associés
  • Etablir les offres commerciales et les contrats de location conformément à la demande des clients et selon la politique commerciale et tarifaire

Administration commerciale

  • Enregistrer les demandes clients et les offres verbales
  • Vérifier et enregistrer les commandes sur l’outil adapté
  • Recueillir les observations des clients sur le déroulement de la prestation
  • Contrôler les données de facturation et données clients
  • Relancer les clients concernant les devis et règlements (litiges clients)

Coordonner les activités et en informer les membres de l’équipe

  • Rendre compte au Responsable d’Agence des activités quotidiennes de l’agence et des retours clients
  • Communiquer les priorités commerciales à l’atelier

Qualifications

Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation commerciale (Bac+2) et justifiez d’une expérience de la vente et du contact client dans un environnement technique.

Votre aisance relationnelle, votre sens du service, votre rigueur administrative et votre implication vous permettront de réussir dans votre mission.
