  • Conduct and support Privacy Impact Assessments and Privacy by Design reviews for new and changing products, services, systems and business processes.
  • Advise on lawful processing, transparency, data subject rights, retention, international transfers and other key privacy requirements.
  • Support privacy aspects of customer, supplier and intra-group contractual arrangements.
  • Help identify, assess and mitigate privacy risks arising from business activities, products and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and advise on emerging regulatory developments and industry trends in privacy and data protection.
  • Develop and deliver training, awareness materials and practical guidance to stakeholders across the organisation.

Supporting Risk Intelligence Products

  • Support privacy, data governance and regulatory matters relating to Risk Intelligence including LSEG's industry-leading screening solution World-Check, and wider compliance-focused products and services.
  • Advise on privacy considerations within customer due diligence, sanctions screening, adverse media, fraud prevention, third-party risk management, AML and KYC solutions.
  • Partner with Product, Legal and Compliance teams on the development of new capabilities, datasets and customer use cases.
  • Help ensure responsible and compliant use of personal data within screening, monitoring and risk management workflows.
  • Support the assessment of privacy implications associated with emerging technologies and AI-enabled features used within Risk Intelligence solutions.

Technology, AI, Cyber & Resilience

  • Advise on legal and regulatory issues arising from digital transformation, cloud adoption and technology-enabled business initiatives.
  • Support oversight of AI and emerging technology use cases, including data governance, responsible AI and compliance with evolving digital regulation.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Information Security, Risk and Compliance teams to ensure legal and regulatory requirements are appropriately reflected in governance and control frameworks.
  • Advise on cybersecurity, operational resilience, outsourcing and third-party risk initiatives, including emerging digital and cyber resilience regulations.
  • Support the management and investigation of technology, cyber, data and operational resilience incidents and related regulatory response where required.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Technology, Product, Risk and business teams.
  • Partner effectively with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions and cultures.
  • Support regulatory engagement and industry initiatives where appropriate.
  • Help foster a culture of privacy awareness, accountability and responsible innovation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
