Dla międzynarodowej firmy produkcyjnej ze Szczecina poszukujemy Analityka / Analityczki ESG. To stanowisko koncentruje się na raportowaniu ESG, zarządzaniu i analizie danych oraz współpracy z różnymi działami organizacji.

Szukamy przede wszystkim osoby z praktycznym doświadczeniem ESG, ale jesteśmy również otwarci na kandydatów z pokrewnych obszarów, którzy znają zagadnienia ESG i chcą dalej rozwijać się w tym kierunku.

  • Doświadczenie zawodowe w obszarze ESG / raportowania zrównoważonego rozwoju lub doświadczenie w obszarze raportowania finansowego, analizy danych lub compliance połączone ze znajomością zagadnień ESG
  • Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane kierunki: zrównoważony rozwój, finanse, ekonomia lub pokrewne
  • Znajomość ESRS i zagadnień związanych z raportowaniem ESG
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego – warunek konieczny
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość programu Excel
  • Umiejętność analizy, weryfikacji i raportowania danych
  • Dokładność, dobra organizacja pracy i dbałość o jakość danych
  • Mile widziane: Power BI, narzędzia dashboardowe, bazy danych oraz automatyzacja procesów
  • Analiza danych ESG oraz przygotowywanie raportów i analiz
  • Wsparcie wdrażania strategii ESG oraz procesów raportowania zgodnych z ESRS
  • Zbieranie, weryfikacja i przetwarzanie danych środowiskowych
  • Wsparcie obliczania emisji gazów cieplarnianych
  • Współpraca z działami ESG, IT oraz innymi zespołami w organizacji
  • Udział w usprawnianiu procesów zarządzania danymi i raportowania
  • Analiza i raportowanie działań związanych z zaangażowaniem społecznym
  • Ścisła współpraca z centralą firmy
  • Umowę o pracę i stabilność zatrudnienia - umowa na czas nieokreślony po okresie próbnym
  • Wynagrodzenie dwuskładnikowe - podstawa + premia
