Praca opiera się na stałych, powtarzalnych procesach, dlatego szczególnie ważne są tutaj systematyczność, skrupulatność oraz sprawne realizowanie bieżących zadań.

  • Wykształcenie o profilu finansowym lub rachunkowym - warunek konieczny
  • Około roku doświadczenia w księgowości, finansach lub na podobnym stanowisku
  • Praktyczna znajomość podstaw rachunkowości oraz zasad obiegu dokumentów księgowych
  • Dobra znajomość programu Excel
  • Duża dokładność, skrupulatność i dbałość o szczegóły
  • Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy i systematyczność w realizacji bieżących zadań
  • Umiejętność sprawnej pracy z większą liczbą dokumentów i danych
  • Samodzielność i odpowiedzialność za powierzone obowiązki
  • Otwartość na naukę oraz umiejętność szybkiego przyswajania nowych procesów i narzędzi
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w branży nieruchomości
  • Znajomość programu SaldeoSMART będzie dodatkowym atutem
  • Bieżąca obsługa i weryfikacja dokumentów księgowych.
  • Wprowadzanie, opisywanie oraz kompletowanie faktur w systemie SaldeoSMART.
  • Kontrola poprawności i kompletności dokumentacji oraz bieżące uzupełnianie brakujących danych i dokumentów.
  • Systematyczne monitorowanie dokumentacji i dbanie o terminową realizację bieżących zadań.
  • Wprowadzanie i aktualizacja danych w systemach oraz przygotowywanych zestawieniach.
  • Rozliczanie kosztów związanych z nieruchomościami, w tym kosztów mediów i pozostałych opłat.
  • Przygotowywanie refaktur kosztów, w szczególności dotyczących mediów oraz opłat związanych z nieruchomościami.
  • Weryfikacja płatności oraz podstawowa analiza rozliczeń.
  • Przygotowywanie zestawień na potrzeby działu finansowo-księgowego.
  • Kontakt z dostawcami, wspólnotami mieszkaniowymi i kontrahentami w zakresie faktur, dokumentacji oraz rozliczeń.
  • Współpraca z pozostałymi działami firmy w zakresie prawidłowego i sprawnego obiegu dokumentów.
  • Porządkowanie i archiwizacja dokumentacji.
  • Bieżące wsparcie zespołu księgowo-finansowego.
  • Pracę stacjonarną w nowoczesnym biurze w Szczecinie, od poniedziałku do piątku w godzinach 8:00-16:00
  • Stabilne zatrudnienie w firmie, która szybko się rozwija
