  • Doświadczenie na stanowisku Brygadzistki / Brygadzisty, Mistrzyni / Mistrza Produkcji, Liderki / Lidera Produkcji lub na podobnym stanowisku w środowisku produkcyjnym
  • Umiejętność zarządzania zespołem, delegowania zadań i egzekwowania ustaleń
  • Gotowość do pracy bezpośrednio na hali produkcyjnej i blisko zespołu
  • Umiejętność szybkiego reagowania na problemy i podejmowania decyzji pod presją czasu
  • Samodzielność, odpowiedzialność, konsekwencja i dobra organizacja pracy
  • Umiejętność skutecznej współpracy z innymi działami produkcyjnymi i technicznymi
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w produkcji seryjnej, branży chemicznej, automotive lub pokrewnej
  • Mile widziane wykształcenie techniczne związane z produkcją, mechaniką, automatyką, logistyką lub jakością
  • Mile widziana znajomość narzędzi Lean / WCM, 5S, Kaizen, 5Why, DMAIC lub Ishikawa
