Dla naszego Klienta, firmy zlokalizowanej w prawobrzeżnej części Szczecina, poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Pracownika Wielostanowiskowego do wsparcia pracy malarni proszkowej. Osoba zatrudniona będzie wspierać technika malarni w przygotowaniu elementów do malowania oraz w prawidłowym przebiegu procesu.

  • Gotowość do pracy na stanowisku produkcyjnym,
  • Dokładność i zaangażowanie w wykonywane obowiązki,
  • Odpowiedzialność i dbałość o jakość pracy,
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole,
  • Mile widziane: doświadczenie w pracy na produkcji lub w malarni
  • Wsparcie technika malarni w przygotowaniu i malowaniu elementów,
  • Przygotowanie detali do procesu malowania proszkowego,
  • Pomoc w obsłudze urządzeń i wyposażenia malarni,
  • Wykonywanie prac pomocniczych związanych z procesem produkcyjnym,
  • Kontrola jakości na wstępnych etapach procesu
  • Wynagrodzenie miesięczne w przedziale 5200–5980 zł brutto, w tym: 5200 zł brutto – wynagrodzenie zasadnicze, 520 zł brutto – miesięczna premia regulaminowa, 260 zł brutto – kwartalna premia frekwencyjna
  • Zatrudnienie na pełny etat,
  • Pracę w systemie trzyzmianowym,
  • Zatrudnienie na podstawie umowy o pracę,
  • Premię roczną w wysokości 5% rocznego wynagrodzenia zasadniczego,
  • 800 zł dofinansowania do wakacji („wczasy pod gruszą”) przy 14 dniach odpoczynku,
