Dla naszego Klienta, międzynarodowej firmy produkcyjnej poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Group Purchase Specialist. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiadać za działania zakupowe wspierające polską i duńską część organizacji oraz współpracować m.in. z działami Planowania, Produkcji i Inżynierii Produkcji. To stanowisko dla osoby, która dobrze odnajduje się w środowisku produkcyjnym, swobodnie pracuje z danymi i systemami ERP/MRP oraz potrafi skutecznie współpracować z dostawcami i zespołami wewnętrznymi.

Jeśli masz doświadczenie w zakupach, dobrze odnajdujesz się w środowisku produkcyjnym i swobodnie komunikujesz się po angielsku – zapraszamy do aplikowania.

  • doświadczenie w obszarze zakupów oraz rozumienie procesów zakupowych w środowisku produkcyjnym,
  • doświadczenie w pracy z systemami ERP/MRP,
  • swoboda w pracy z liczbami i danymi oraz znajomość Excela pozwalająca na samodzielną analizę,
  • swobodna znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie, umożliwiająca codzienną komunikację,
  • dobra organizacja pracy, komunikatywność, umiejętność współpracy oraz proaktywne podejście do rozwiązywania problemów,
  • wykształcenie średnie lub wyższe w obszarze odpowiednim do stanowiska.

Mile widziane: doświadczenie z systemami ERP Microsoft, znajomość Navision oraz doświadczenie w logistyce lub środowisku produkcyjnym.

  • zapewnienie terminowej dostępności surowców na potrzeby produkcji oraz kontrolowanie poziomu zapasów,
  • bieżąca współpraca z działami Planowania, Produkcji i Inżynierii Produkcji oraz optymalizacja procesów w oparciu o parametry zakupowe w systemie MRP,
  • budowanie i rozwijanie relacji z dostawcami, monitorowanie ich wyników oraz ocena ryzyka,
  • analiza rynku, trendów i źródeł dostaw, w tym poszukiwanie alternatywnych dostawców i materiałów,
  • udział w realizacji strategii zakupowej i działaniach związanych z optymalizacją kosztów, w tym analiza opłacalności produkcji wewnętrznej lub zakupu zewnętrznego (make or buy) oraz kalkulacja całkowitych kosztów zakupu (TCO),
  • zarządzanie umowami oraz przygotowywanie rozwiązań zakupowych na potrzeby nowych klientów i kluczowych projektów biznesowych.
  • stabilne zatrudnienie na podstawie umowy o pracę,
  • pracę stacjonarną w Lipianach, z możliwością częściowej pracy hybrydowej po okresie wdrożenia,
  • możliwość udziału w szkoleniach i działaniach rozwojowych,
  • dostęp do programów MultiSport, MultiLife oraz grupowego ubezpieczenia na życie,
  • świadczenia socjalne, w tym dofinansowanie wypoczynku i świadczenia świąteczne,
