  • Praktyczne doświadczenie w spawaniu metodą MAG (mile widziana znajomość metody TIG),
  • Sprawność w czytaniu i interpretacji rysunku technicznego,
  • Umiejętność efektywnej pracy w zespole i wzajemnego wsparcia w codziennych obowiązkach,
  • Sumienność, odpowiedzialność oraz otwartość na poszerzanie wiedzy.
  • Spawanie konstrukcji i komponentów metodą MAG na podstawie dokumentacji technicznej,
  • Odpowiednie przygotowanie materiałów i detali do procesu spawania,
  • Bieżąca obsługa oraz podstawowa konserwacja stanowiska i sprzętu spawalniczego,
  • Ścisłe przestrzeganie przepisów BHP oraz dbane o bezpieczeństwo własne i zespołu.
  • Stawkę 45 zł/h brutto + 3 zł/h dodatku za zakwaterowanie,
  • Stabilne zatrudnienie w oparciu o umowę o pracę (docelowo na czas nieokreślony),
  • Profesjonalne przyuczenie do spawania metodą TIG,
  • Możliwość podnoszenia kwalifikacji (kursy, szkolenia i certyfikaty branżowe),
  • Świadczenia socjalne: dofinansowanie do wczasów oraz premie świąteczne,
  • Przedpłaconą kartę na przekąski do wykorzystania na terenie zakładu,
