Poszukujemy osoby, która będzie odpowiedzialna za techniczne wsparcie klientów oraz dobór i rozwój rozwiązań kablowych dla zastosowań przemysłowych.

Na tym stanowisku będziesz łączyć wiedzę techniczną z codziennym kontaktem z klientami — analizować ich wymagania, dobierać odpowiednie kable i komponenty, wyszukiwać rozwiązania alternatywne oraz uczestniczyć we wdrażaniu nowych produktów.

  • Umiejętność czytania i pracy z dokumentacją techniczną
  • Umiejętność analizy specyfikacji technicznych i doboru odpowiednich rozwiązań
  • Mile widziana znajomość kabli, przewodów, komponentów elektrycznych lub produktów technicznych
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego i niemieckiego na poziomie umożliwiającym komunikację
  • Dobra organizacja pracy, dokładność i skrupulatnośćUmiejętność pracy zespołowej i sprawnej komunikacji
  • Orientacja na klienta i umiejętność szukania praktycznych rozwiązań
  • Obsługa przychodzących zapytań ofertowych
  • Codzienny kontakt z klientami i wsparcie w zakresie rozwiązań technicznych
  • Przygotowywanie i aktualizacja dokumentacji technicznej
  • Analiza specyfikacji i wymagań klienta
  • Wyszukiwanie zamienników dla produktów niedostępnych na rynku, zgodnie z wymaganiami technicznymi klienta
  • Dobór kabli i komponentów do nowych produktów i zastosowań
  • Udział we wdrażaniu nowych produktów
  • Zapewnienie zgodności produktów z wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi standardami oraz wymaganiami jakościowymi
  • Współpraca z innymi działami firmy przy realizacji projektów i rozwiązywaniu zagadnień technicznych
