  • Configure, provision, and troubleshoot Personal Electronic Devices (PEDs) and mobile equipment according to command policy.

Operations & Technical Governance

  • Maintain accurate documentation for resolved incidents and contribute new solutions to the enterprise repository.
  • Adhere to the established Hierarchy of Work precedence: KO/COR direction, security/safety response, mission-critical outage restoration, and general support.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards across all customer interactions and user-facing support materials.

Education & Professional Experience

  • Education: High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to 5+ years of direct IT customer support, help desk, or desktop technical support experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
