Als IT Project Manager übernimmst du die Leitung agiler Projektteams und stellst sicher, dass hochqualitative digitale Anwendungen termingerecht entwickelt werden. Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und Entwicklungsteam und sorgst für transparente Kommunikation während des gesamten Projektverlaufs.

Du identifizierst Risiken frühzeitig, entwickelst proaktiv Lösungsstrategien und übersetzt Kundenbedürfnisse in eine klare Produktvision und -strategie. Mit deiner Leidenschaft für Standards und Prozesse prägst du das Arbeitsumfeld in einem schnellwachsenden Unternehmen und schaffst nachhaltigen Mehrwert für unsere Kunden.

Beschreibung

  • Du leitest agile Projektteams und stellst sicher, dass alle Beteiligten ihre Aufgaben verstehen und termingerecht erfüllen
  • Du bist begeistert von nutzendenzentrierten und hochqualitativen digitalen Anwendungen und verstehst, welche Attribute ein Produkt zur Erfüllung benötigt
  • Du verstehst Kundenbedürfnisse und lässt diese in eine klare Produktvision und -strategie einfließen
  • Du identifizierst Risiken frühzeitig und entwickelst proaktiv Lösungsstrategien zur Risikominimierung
  • Du baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Kunden auf und sorgst für transparente Kommunikation während des gesamten Projektverlaufs
  • Du planst und steuerst komplexe IT-Projekte von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
  • Du führst regelmäßige Abstimmungen und Reviews mit Kunden und internem Team durch
  • Du liebst Standards, sie zu prägen und weiterzuentwickeln, um ein ideales Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen
  • Du arbeitest mit modernen Projektmanagement-Tools wie Notion, Linear oder Jira

Qualifikationen

  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau mit exzellenten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
  • Mindestens 4 Jahre professionelle Erfahrung im Management von IT-Projekten
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Planung und Umsetzung von komplexen IT-Produkten oder Plattformen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden und Projektmanagement-Frameworks
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, Risiken zu identifizieren und Lösungsstrategien zu entwickeln
  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Geschick im Umgang mit Kunden und Stakeholdern
  • Starkes Interesse daran, Prozesse und Standards innerhalb eines schnellwachsenden Unternehmens zu prägen
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Nachweisbare Qualifikationen im Bereich Projektmanagement (z.B. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) wünschenswert
