Beschreibung

Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Systeme zuverlässig, sicher und performant laufen – und machst sie Stück für Stück besser. Konkret heißt das:

  • Du betreibst und entwickelst unsere Kubernetes-Cluster und Linux-Server (Debian, Alpine) weiter.
  • Du automatisierst, was sich automatisieren lässt – Infrastructure as Code und Deployments mit Ansible, Helmund ArgoCD, CI/CD über GitLab.
  • Du behältst unsere Systeme im Blick und optimierst Performance, bevor jemand etwas merkt – mit Prometheus, Zabbix und dem Elastic Stack für Monitoring, Alerting und Logs.
  • Du gehst Störungen auf den Grund – Root Cause statt Symptombehandlung – und etablierst nachhaltige Lösungen.
  • Du verbesserst gemeinsam mit deinem Team kontinuierlich unsere Infrastruktur und bringst sie sicher in Produktion.
  • Du dokumentierst dein Wissen und teilst es aktiv – damit das ganze Team stärker wird.

Du arbeitest dich nicht durch Tickets im Stillen, sondern gestaltest mit: eigene Ideen sind ausdrücklich erwünscht.

Qualifikationen

Wichtiger als jeder einzelne Punkt: Leidenschaft, Eigenantrieb und die Lust, schnell dazuzulernen. Den Rest lernen wir gemeinsam..

  • Solide Kenntnisse in der Administration von Linux-Servern (Debian, Alpine) und sicherer Umgang mit SSH
  • Erfahrung mit Containern (Docker, Kubernetes); Helm und ArgoCD sind ein Plus
  • Grundverständnis von Netzwerken & Protokollen (TCP/UDP, DNS, HTTP)
  • Erste Erfahrung mit Automatisierung (Ansible), CI/CD (GitLab) oder Monitoring (Prometheus, Zabbix, Elastic) – oder die klare Bereitschaft, dich reinzufuchsen
  • Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
