Paskolų stebėsenos ir operacijų grupėje yra užtikrinamas sklandus ir savalaikis kredito sąlygų sekimo, kredito operacijų suvedimas į vidines bankines sistemas bei paskolų dengimų procesai visiems banko klientams, nepriekaištinga jų kokybė. Konsultuojame kolegas, bendradarbiaujame tobulinant procesus, generuojame idėjas, kurios prisidėtų prie banko produktų ir procesų tobulinimo.

*Siūlome terminuotą poziciją iki 2027-12-31

Apie rolę ir atsakomybes:

  • Užtikrinti aukštą vykdomų užduočių kokybę ir jų įvykdymą pagal nustatytą SLA aptarnaujamoje funkcinėje srityje
  • Bankinėse sistemose atlikti kredito sutarčių ruošimo bei išmokėjimo operacijas
  • Tikrinti verslo klientų kredito sutarčių sąlygas po išmokėjimų
  • Vykdyti monitoringo veiklas
  • Ruošti ataskaitas vidiniams ir išorės klientams
  • Bankinėse sistemose užtikrinti savalaikį skolų administravimo procesą
  • Savarankiškai spręsti kasdieninius klausimus ir kitas užduotis
  • Prisidėto prie darbo procesų gerinimo ir klientų aptarnavimo kokybės didinimo siūlant idėjas ir naujus veikimo būdus
  • Siekti tiek individualių, tiek komandos tikslų

Reikalavimai:

  • Patirtis bankinėse operacijose arba paskolų administravimo srityje - privalumas
  • Esi įgijęs (-usi) aukštąjį išsilavinimą ekonomikos, vadybos, bankininkystės srityje
  • Žinios apie bankinius produktus, procesus ir sistemas
  • Gebėjimas bendradarbiauti su kitais, orientacija į klientą
  • Kruopštumas, atidumas detalėms
  • Puikūs žodinės ir rašytinės lietuvių bei anglų kalbos įgūdžiai
