With a fast-growing global team and an ever-expanding client portfolio, we’re looking for an experienced Account Director to lead strategy, client relations, and growth initiatives across multiple high-impact accounts.

Role Overview

The Account Director will lead a team of PR professionals and oversee a diverse client portfolio across the Web3, fintech, and tech ecosystems. You’ll drive strategic direction, manage client relationships, secure top-tier media coverage, and support new business development efforts.

You’ll work closely with Luna’s leadership, creative, and marketing teams to ensure each campaign exceeds expectations while maintaining the agency’s reputation for excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of PR campaigns for multiple clients in the emerging tech space.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Account Managers and Executives to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted strategic advisor.
  • Secure top-tier international and regional media coverage across mainstream, tech, business, and crypto outlets.
  • Craft compelling narratives, press releases, and thought-leadership content aligned with each client’s vision.
  • Drive new business opportunities - from building relationships to leading proposal development and pitch presentations.
  • Support investor relations, brand partnerships, and business development initiatives where applicable.
  • Network at industry events and conferences to represent Luna PR and build relationships with journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure campaigns are data-driven and deliver measurable results aligned with client KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and content teams to maintain campaign consistency.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of PR or communications experience, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Proven experience in the tech, fintech, or Web3 industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong media relations network, with a track record of consistent Tier-1 media placements.
  • Excellent leadership and people-management skills - able to inspire and guide teams.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing high-value clients and multi-market campaigns.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Comfortable attending conferences, networking events, and client meetings as a brand representative.
  • Based in Dubai and available to work full-time in-office.
