Wil jij deel uitmaken van een exclusief team en werken in een dynamische omgeving met internationale dimensie? We zijn op zoek naar een gedreven en analytische AP Accountant om het financiële team te versterken bij een zeer gewaardeerde en ambitieuze organisatie.

Wat houdt de functie in?

Als AP Accountant speel je een cruciale rol binnen de leveranciersboekhouding. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het verwerken van aankooptransacties met behulp van geavanceerde tools zoals ERP en OCR.
  • Het opstellen en analyseren van interne en externe rapportages over verschillende entiteiten verspreid over België, Nederland, Luxemburg, Frankrijk, Malta en Dubai.
  • Het beheren van algemene mailboxen en het afhandelen van communicatie met zowel interne als externe stakeholders.
  • Het voorbereiden van uitgaande betalingen en het verwerken van kredietkaartuitgaven via Rydoo.
  • Fungeren als back-up tijdens afwezigheden van collegas voor het boeken van verkopen en banktransacties.

Wat zoeken we in jou?

  • Een diploma in boekhouding (HBO5 of Bachelor Accountancy & Fiscaliteit).
  • Communicatief sterk en comfortabel in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
  • Je hebt een analytische, proactieve en kritische instelling en je bent een oplossingsgerichte teamspeler.
  • Relevante werkervaring en ervaring met Navision (Microsoft BC) zijn een pluspunt.
  • Beschikbaar op korte termijn.
