STILLINGEN Du bliver ansvarlig for at sikre fortsat fremgang i ventilation- og køl afdelingen i Aalborg med reference til regionschefen forTeknikhus Nordjylland. Geografisk dækker vi Region Nordjylland og er ca 100 medarbejdere tilknyttet Aalborg indenfor fagområderne el, vvs, sprinkler, køl og ventilation. Du får det ledelsemæssige ansvar for 2 projektledere og 8 teknikere og indgår i ledergruppen for Teknikhus Nordjylland. Du er budgetansvarlig for din afdeling og har ansvaret for at vedligeholde og udbygge vores kundekreds. Du er en stærk sparringspartner for dine medarbejdere i forhold til bl.a vurdering af sager, kalkulationer, projektering, prognoser og opfølgning. Vi har en stor portefølge af servicekontrakter, som du får ansvaret for at vedligeholde og udbygge. Du har ansvaret for at udvikle og fastholde et højt fagligt niveau i afdelingen og indgår i et tæt samarbejde med de øvrige afdelinger i Teknikhus Nordjylland. Vi forventer, at dit lokalkendskab til Nordjylland og dine ideer til nye tiltag medvirker til at sikre os yderligere fremgang.

DIN BAGGRUND Du har en relevant faglig baggrund som maskinmester, VVS installatør, ventilationstekniker, energiteknolog eller lignende og har mindst 5 års ledererfaring indenfor de tekniske fag. Du har en god økonomisk forståelse og har formentligt kendskab til VENT ordningen, brandnormer og meget gerne ISO 9001. Ligger din baggrund indenfor CTS området hører vi også gerne fra dig. Du er kvalitetsorienteret og lægger vægt på at medvirke til, at Kemp & Lauritzen er en sikker arbejdsplads. Du er en motiverende og inspirerende leder, der med dit gode humør og åbenhed forstår at motivere og inddrage dine medarbejdere. Du vægter samarbejde på tværs af faggrupper i organisationen højt og forstår vigtigheden af at gå forrest og sætte retningen samtidig med, at du sikrer commitment og engagement i afdelingen. Du har stor empati og forstår at lytte til kunder og medarbejdere. Vi behandler hinanden med respekt og lægger vægt på en uformel tone. Du behersker MS Office-pakken og forstår nødvendigheden af at bruge CRM systemer. Du er naturligvis i stand til at kalkulere.
